North Islington is a welcoming centre, offering integrated services to all families. We work closely with a range of professionals and our diverse, experienced and friendly staff team help to support all families to provide their child/ren with the best possible start and opportunities in life. The children's centre services are managed by the Local Authority whom we work very closely with.
The children’s centre team consists of family support workers, bilingual outreach workers, clinical psychologist’s, health visitors, midwives, speech and language therapists, crèche workers and a range of external trainers and tutors to offer you the services you want from us.
North Islington Children’s Centre offers individual work with families through our Family Support Service . Family Support workers can provide practical and emotional support to families with young children when they need it most. We work closely with other professionals and services to ensure that families’ needs are meet.
In addition to this the children’s centre also offers a wide range of activities and drop-ins for all to access which aim to enhance the wellbeing and achievement of all children and their parents/carers, whilst ensuring families have fun.
